To Sell and Display Products at the Cagayan de Oro Negosyo Center
The following are the qualifications for products to be eligible for screening:
1. Must be registered with DTI / SEC / CDA
2. Must have a business permit
3. Must be produced or processed by the consignor in Region 10, Northern Mindanao
4. Non-food products must have a label indicating the following:
a. Brand Name or Product Name
b. Company Name and Address
5. Food products must have the minimum labelling requirement mandated by the Food and Drug Administration which are the following:

Product Name
-
Brand Name
-
Manufacturer’s Name and Address
-
Has an indication: “Product of the Philippines”
-
Ingredients
-
Net Weight/Contents
-
Expiry Date
6. The company must have attended any of the following DTI-initiated activities:
-
Trainings
-
Product Development Activities
-
Trade Fairs
7. f the food processing company has no Food and Drug Administration License to Operate, he/she must have undergone a GMP Training conducted by a government agency.
8. For food products, it must have a shelf life of not less than 30 days
9. Products must belong to the following sector:
a. Processed Food Products

Packaged and Shelf Stable Food Products
-
Frozen Products and Chilled Products
-
Processed Fruit and Nuts
-
Coffee
-
Others
b. Organic, Green or Wellness Products
c. Gifts, Toys and Housewares
d. Home style and Wearable
e. Fashion Accessories
10. The company must have a stable supply and production schedule and is already knowledgeable of its production capacity
11. Must have undergone a client assessment by a DTI officer
If the above mentioned requisites are met, products will then be endorsed to the screening committee for approval. Approval and prioritization of products for display will be based on the following criteria:
a. Newness and Innovativeness
b. Product Quality
c. Originality
d. Export Potential
e. Unique Selling Proposition
f. Marketability
g. Social Impact
h. Compliance to Regulatory Requirements
The following are not allowed to be displayed and sold in the Cagayan de Oro Negosyo Center Display:
1. Any products using prohibited (rattan, narra, etc.) raw materials
2. Any products with malicious, offensive, plagiarized brands or labels, design or concepts
3. Excessively unhealthy or damaging products (e.g. cigarettes)
4. Products not manufactured or processed in Misamis Oriental
